The Portland Youth Development Coalition (PYDC) is a consortium of Portland based non profits committed to putting youth first.
The PYDC works to connect youth with Portland Organizations that offer resources that help youth to develop strong educational, artistic, emotional and professional growth.
PYDC members include Artist Mentorship Program (AMP) and Urban Opportunities. These programs are dedicated to offering Portland’s youth free opportunities to develop their emotional, educational, artistic and employment skills.
